WHO IS CONSTANTLY HEALTHY?
Constance Nelson is the owner, founder, and creator behind Constantly Healthy Counseling & Coaching. She brings an extensive background in personal life coaching experience. After over a decade of helping others excel through life coaching and energy work, she made the decision to expand her knowledge by pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling.
She is a graduate of Capella University with an undergraduate degree from Columbia University.
Constance has fully embraced the world of mental health with open arms and has tapped into an even greater wealth of knowledge that she is excited to share with her clients.
Her life experience and coaching background offers her clients a distinctive experience in which they can reach their personal and professional goals in the least amount of time. She is highly relatable and has an instinctive ability to quickly know what her clients' needs and how to help them create the changes they are seeking. Constance provides an energetic space and embraces each client as an individual, welcoming all beliefs and religious preferences.
​She has specialties in working with all age groups, diverse backgrounds, and mental health issues, including identity development, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and relationship problems.
In addition to these specialties, her clients also have access to other areas of integrated support such as biofeedback, EMDR for addiction, anxiety, and trauma, nutritional support, guided meditation, couples workshops, couples retreats, life coaching, massage therapy, and more.
